Really enjoyed our visit to Trio in Parksville! We ordered the Chicken & Fig Penne and the Lamb Shank along with crab cakes for applies. The service was fantastic, the atmosphere was lovely and the food was incredible! The penne sauce was so delicious! Really nice having more options for food in Parksville!

Hidden gem in Parksville. Pictured here are Crab Cakes, Lamb Shank, and Chicken Fig Penne. Everything was phenomenal including the Aperol Spritz and Old Fashioned cocktail. Will definitely be back. Spent $50 per person which included drinks and an appy to share. I also enjoyed the up beat music playing on the sound system.

Amazing everything! From the minute we walked in until we left, friendly, attentive service. We had the Navaho Fry Bread with Beet Hummus, drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled pistachios. Party in our mouths much?!! Best first bite ever and remained so until completely devoured. I never usually order pasta in restaurants but it sounded so good on the menu, we both went for the Chicken and Fig Penne with a gorgeous Gorgonzola sauce that tickled my tastebuds. I’m a difficult person to please dining out but we both agreed this was a 9.9 out of 10. (I would have like as much chicken as my husband got in his, otherwise a 10/10 for me. Which is rare. Great ambience and decor. Can’t wait to go again. Their Pizza at Craig St. Pizza is also, THE best in Parksville!

Great atmosphere inside and a beautiful patio outside. The chicken and fig penne was rich and delicious and the halibut with risotto was amazing. Fantastic service and very reasonable prices. A great new addition to the Parksville dining scene!

What a great new addition to Parksvilles dining restaurants. We have been waiting for something like this. Upscale dining at a reasonable price. The food was top notch and it is a relaxing upscale atmosphere. Will definitely return.

Trio offers what I would describe as casual fine dining, skillfully bridging the gap between high-end culinary ambition and a relaxed atmosphere. It felt like a great meal didn't require a small fortune, which is a rare find in the area. The plates were clearly ambitious, executed with skill, and everything felt genuinely in-house and freshly prepared. I was particularly impressed by the creativity, exemplified by their unique, single-serving twist on the classic beef Wellington. This spot delivers a high-quality, memorable dining experience, and I certainly anticipate becoming a regular patron.
